What are your office hours?

Our office is open 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday. We accept early-morning and lunchtime appointments to accommodate your schedule. If you have an emergency or require special scheduling, please call the office so we can work with you on a solution.

Where is your office located?

Our office is located at 24 Greenway Plaza, Suite 804 (on the eighth floor of the Weslayan Tower, in between the Southwest Freeway and the Edwards Theaters). Parking is located in the garage adjacent to the building. Enter the parking garage from Cummings Green Street and park in any space designated for visitors. Bring your parking stub with you to our office so we can validate parking before you leave.

How can I schedule an appointment?

Scheduling an appointment is easy. We offer several ways to communicate with us so you can choose which method is most convenient for you and your family. You can call us, email us or contact us through our website. And, we’ll send you friendly reminders about upcoming appointments via email or text message.

Do you take new patients?

We are happy to accept new patients. Please let us know when you call, and we will advise you about new-patient forms and finding our office for the first time.

What if I need emergency services?

We know when emergencies happen, they often happen after business hours. Please don’t hesitate to call our office line if you need emergency dental care. Dr. Caledonia will assess the situation, advise you about next steps, and make every effort to see you in the office as soon as possible.

What happens if I have to miss an appointment?

We understand that sometimes it becomes necessary to reschedule appointments due to illness or scheduling conflicts. Please give us the courtesy of a phone call 24 hours in advance, so we can release the appointment time to another patient and reschedule you to a more convenient time.

What about pediatric, endodontic, periodontic or orthodontic care?

Dr. Caledonia does not specialize in these areas of dentistry but will be happy to refer you to excellent dentists who do.

I’m nervous about visiting the dentist and am particularly concerned that procedures might be painful. Can you help?

Yes, and you’re not alone. Many people are apprehensive about visiting the dentist, and we do everything possible to make your visit pleasant, comfortable and gentle. We offer nitrous oxide for patients who prefer to receive treatment with this safe and convenient method of relaxation. Nitrous oxide is administered through an on-demand inhaler placed over your nose, allowing you to feel the effects within minutes. The effects are gone soon after the treatment ends, and you can resume your normal activities as soon as you leave our office.

I haven’t been to the dentist in a very long time. Will this be a problem?

Absolutely not. We know how hectic life can be, and we are committed to making our practice convenient and accessible. We want you to feel confident you’ve chosen a dental practice that is not only experienced and professional, but also caring and compassionate.

What if I’m unsure about my treatment plan or options?

While we’re thrilled that modern advances in dental science and technology have afforded better and more varied treatment for more patients, we also understand the different options can be confusing. Our team takes the time to clearly explain each option and recommended treatment method, always with your goals and concerns in mind. Each member of our team is certified and registered with all relevant dental associations, and all team members participate in rigorous continuing education to ensure our patients receive the most comprehensive, advanced dental care possible.

What about financial arrangements?

Will you accept my insurance or discount plan? Generally, payment is expected when services are rendered. We accept most major dental insurance plans, and we will be happy to assist and advise you in working through insurance issues. At this time we are not affiliated with dental discount plans. Please talk to Donna, our office manager, about any financial concerns you might have.
