Dental Crowns

A crown is essentially a tooth-shaped restoration that fits over a problem tooth when there is extensive tooth loss. Crowns are used to protect and improve the strength or appearance of teeth.

They are custom fit in just a couple of visits but their benefits will add years to your smile while protecting your teeth.

During the first visit, Dr. Caledonia prepares the tooth and makes an impression of the area to create both a temporary and permanent crown. You’ll leave the first visit with a temporary crown, which you will use until your second and final visit in which Dr. Caledonia permanently sets the new crown.
